How We Began

It started, like most good things in life, with a conversation at a kitchen table.

In 2021, childhood friends Liam Connelly and Aoife Brennan found themselves burnt out, exhausted, and frustrated. Both had demanding careers in Dublin — Liam in tech, Aoife in healthcare — and despite outwardly thriving, they knew something was missing. Energy. Clarity. That feeling of genuinely feeling well.

Like so many people, they'd tried the quick fixes — energy drinks loaded with sugar, supplements that promised the world and delivered nothing, fad diets that left them feeling worse than before. The wellness industry felt noisy, overcrowded, and frankly, dishonest.

So they decided to build something different.

The Mission Takes Shape

Liam and Aoife spent months researching — reading clinical studies, consulting nutritionists, testing products, and speaking to friends and colleagues about what they actually needed to feel their best. They didn't want to sell hype. They wanted to build a brand rooted in honesty, quality, and real results.

In early 2022, InfiniteWellness was born — right there in Aoife's apartment in Ranelagh, with a laptop, a spreadsheet, and an overwhelming belief that people deserved better.

We've expanded our range from a handful of supplements to a full ecosystem of fitness gear, nutrition essentials, and meal-prep tools — everything you need to live well, consistently.
